    • Orders are processed Monday through Friday (excluding holidays).
    • Orders placed before 3 PM CST will typically be processed the same business day.
    • Orders placed after 3 PM or on weekends/holidays will be processed on the next business day.
    • Processing time is typically 1–2 business days before shipment.

2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

We partner with trusted carriers to ensure timely delivery. Shipping times depend on the selected shipping method and the destination.

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days
  • Overnight Shipping: 1 business day

Delivery times are estimates and do not include weekends or holidays.


3. Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order. The total shipping cost will be displayed during checkout before you complete your purchase.


4. Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently ship to addresses within the United States.
  • We ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, but not freight forwarders.
  • Hazardous materials, oversized items, or restricted products may require special handling and longer delivery times.

  • Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be provided via email. You can use this number to track your shipment directly through the carrier’s website.

6. Damaged, Lost, or Missing Shipments

  • Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@veterancommercialcleaning.com. Include your order number, photos of the damage, and a description of the issue.
  • Lost Shipments: If your shipment is delayed or lost, please contact us. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
  • Incorrect or Missing Items: Notify us within 7 days of delivery for assistance.
